Meet Andrea “AJ” James

Social justice advocate, University of Massachusetts, Boston, and Northeastern University School of Law graduate, former attorney, widow, and mother of five children, two dogs, and a cat. Andrea James’ family has been part of Massachusetts communities for seven generations.

“We've seen this state through good times and tough times. I’m fighting to make sure the next generation can afford to stay. I'm fighting for working families who can barely afford to live in the communities we call home. Too many of us are getting pushed out of neighborhoods where we grew up and want to raise our kids.”
